The Behavioural Lab

Our Team

Passion. Experience. Impact.

History

The Behavioural Lab brings together experts that have worked both in top academic institutions in the behavioural space worldwide, and also in policy and development organisations that are at the forefront on the application of behavioural tools and insights.

The Behavioural Lab was founded in 2019 in Lithuania as a newtork of researchers and practitioners from the Department of Psychological and Behavioural Science at the London School of Economics (UK) and different organisations in Lithuania. At that time, it became the first organisation in the Baltic countries focused on the application of behavioral science across industries and sectors.

In 2023 the company was renewed to achieve a global reach by incorporating behavioral scientists and behavioral economists who met at the Center for Social Norms and Behavioral Dynamics at the University of Pennsylvania (US).
