dalia Bagdžiūnaitė, PhD

COuntry coordinator - Lithuania | expert in consumer neuroscience

Dalia is an expert with 8+ years of professional experience in academic, business and public fields and a PhD in Consumer Neuroscience. The knowledge in neuromarketing and behavioral science Dalia gained at the University of Southern California, USA, and Copenhagen Business School, Denmark. Dalia specializes in behavioral science viewed from the cognitive psychology and neuroscience perspectives and application of the behavioral insights and neurotechnology to solve behavioral challenges. Dalia currently works as a Senior Policy Analyst and coordinates the public policy innovation lab –Policy Lab.

Dr. STASE SLOTKUS, MD

Founding PARTNER | Expert in health prevention and quality systems

Dr. Slotkus is a paediatrician with over 20 years of clinical experience treating risk factors associated with obesity, nutrition and cardiovascular conditions. She has extensive administrative experience in health compliance and quality management systems in large hospitals and health units. Dr. Slotkus is the founding partner of the Behavioural Lab LT.

Eglė Žeimė

Expert in behavioural science

Eglė is a behavioral scientist with experience in people strategy, data analytics and organisational change. She holds an MSc degree in Organisational Psychology from City, University of London and has worked on a number of academic research projects, including with British Psychological Society. She gained her professional experience through working in management consultancies based in London, where she consulted and developed people solutions for international global organizations.

After almost 7 years in the UK, Eglė has now returned to Lithuania and has started working as an independent consulting behavioural scientist.

Karen García

Creative expert

Karen is a performance artist with several years of experience as an actress, director and trainer. She has taken part in hundreds of productions and interventions in theatre, TV, radio and community settings in Colombia and London.

Maxi Heitmayer

Expert in social media and information and communication technology use

Maxi is a researcher working with video-ethongraphic methods to understand the subjective experiences of humans situated in real-world contexts.

His main research focuses on the effects of smartphone and social media use, both at the individual and at the societal level. Previous research projects include studies on the influence of smartphone use on the psychological wellbeing of adolescents and young adults, dietary habits & food-choice drivers in advanced age to combat malnutrition amongst the elderly in cooperation with Danone Nutricia, as well as a field experiment on communication patterns & problem-solving between police officers on patrol in Norway.

He is a PhD candidate at the Department of Psychological and Behavioural Science at the London School of Economics and Behavioural Science, and the managing coordinator of the Subjective Evidence-Based Ethnography Lab.

JUAN PABLO CAICEDO

Expert in ADAPTIVE CHANGE

Juan Pablo is a public practitioner with several years of experience in project delivery, communication, and change management for public, private and non-profit organizations. 

He has experience as a law practitioner, a consultant for public, social and multilateral organizations, and a government official at the local and national level. Aside from his interest in behavioural sciences, he focuses in urban transportation, infrastructure design, and governance systems.

He has Masters in Urban Planning from Harvard Graduate School of Design and in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School. He is a partner and CEO of the Behavioural Lab Colombia.

Santiago Ortega

Social engineer

Santiago is a “social engineer” with several years of experience designing and implementing social innovation, behavioural change and citizenship culture initiatives.

He has worked with public, private and social institutions to create transformations in fields such as public service provision, public employment, governance, transportation, recycling, and peaceful coexistence. He is a co-founder of the Citizen Hacker social movement, which creates public space interventions to improve coexistence, and is a member of the team for innovation in public services at the Mayor’s Office of Bogotá (Colombia).

He holds a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering and is certified in Social Innovation Management by the Vienna Impact Hub. He is a partner at the Behavioural Lab Colombia.

Simona

Chief Happiness Officer

Simona is a Cocker Spaniel that has lived in Colombia, England and Lithuania. Her main responsibility is to support scientific and creative efforts by keeping members happy on a daily basis.

Paulius Yamin, PhD

co-founder

Paulius is a social practitioner with several years of experience designing, managing and researching behavioural change interventions in the real world. He holds a PhD from the Department of Psychological and Behavioural Science - London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), and an M.B.A.

Although he co-founded the Behavioural Lab LT, he is no longer affiliated with us since assuming his new post as Managing Director of the Center for Social Norms and Behavioral Dynamics at the University of Pennsylvania (US) and Visiting Fellow at the LSE (UK). In the past, he has also worked as Head of the Cultural and Behavioural Change Team at the agency of the Colombian Government in charge of civil service, inpendent consultant on social norms and behavioural change at the International Labour Organization (United Nations agency), and research assistant for former Mayor of Bogotá, Antanas Mockus.
