Our work
Do you want to understand why people behave in a certain way?
Do you want to change the way in which people understand something?
Do you have a challenge that could be improved if people changed their behaviour?
Our approach
Our work draws from empirical research in the behavioural sciences, from years of practical experience applying behavioural interventions, and from inspiring creative practice.
We pay particular attention to:
The social norms that make certain behaviours acceptable and others not
The power of collective action to change ideas and behaviours
The local physical, psychological and social determinants of activity
We design, apply and evaluate interventions that:
Are based on insights and evidence from the behavioural and wellbeing sciences
Improve co-existence, collective and subjective wellbeing of participants, clients and communities
Create positive and enduring transformations in the contexts of intervention
Involve participants and stakeholders around problems and solutions
Are adapted to each context and to the client’s needs, but can also be exported with adjustments to other contexts
Are memorable, entertaining and emotional
Some of our projects
Although we are a new organization, our experts have been supporting top private, public and social institutions to understand and change behaviour for several years. Some examples include:

With public organizations
We have supported several public institutions to implement administrative reform processes, improve organizational culture, and promote ethical behaviour, improving their efficacy and impact
We supported the Norwegian police force to understand how officers communicate with each other under stress
With social, international and academic organizations
We are supporting the International Labour Organization (the United Nations’ Agency for work issues) to design behavioural change strategies to improve the conditions of domestic workers and increase indigenous women participation around the world
